Camping for the Bluesfest Weekend is via pre-purchase on Hipcamp only for dates between 5 - 11 April 2023 with a minimum 2 night stay.

Each site is approximately 8m x 8m and can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests in 2 small tents and 1 car, OR 1 camper/ caravan. Large caravans and RV's please contact us by phone. Note that all persons are counted in this number, including any infants. Each site can have a maximum of 2 children (2-13) and/or 1 infant. They must be booked with a parent/ guardian on the same site.

If you have a group and want fewer people per site, split your bookings over multiple transactions (i.e. book and pay for your first site with the number of people you'd like on it ; then come back and repeat the process for your second site).

If you have more than 1 car, you can park them FREE in our car park. Just ask the caretakers to direct you to the car park on arrival.

Campsites will be allocated on an arrival basis - if you'd like your site to be located close to your friends - arrive with them (there will be no saving spots allowed). Campers must camp as directed by the caretakers.
Fees & Booking

Adults (over 13 years) - $35 per person per night (ex GST & booking charges)

Youth (2 to 13 years) - $20 per person per night (ex GST & booking charges)

Infants (up to 2 years) - free (but count toward the number of guests on your site)

Terms & Conditions

Purchases are non-transferable and non-refundable

Pets are not permitted onsite during festival camping

No fires (of any kind)

No removal or tampering with the natural environment - all fauna and flora are protected

Unregistered vehicles are not to be onsite at any time

There is a noise curfew between 10pm & 6am – e.g generators and loud music

No explosive devices

No offensive slogans

Campers must camp as directed by the caretakers. Campers will be asked to leave if they fail to observe the camping rules or for anti-social and disruptive behaviour.

Our Showground is for the use of our entire community - and we are committed to fostering a welcoming environment.

Vehicles with slogans or 'tags' that are offensive will be denied access to the Showground or asked to leave the Showground as soon as we are made aware of them.

Refunds for cancellations due to COVID-19 will be subject to a 20% administration fee plus any other costs associated with the booking, such as a booking fee from Hipcamp.
We reserve the right to determine what is 'offensive', and regret any inconvenience to campers such as those hiring vans from Wicked Campers.
