Please note that we have reopened our camping as of 3rd June 2020.
We are required to have a COVID Safe Plan. The following restrictions are part of our plan, and all guests share in the responsibility to keep our community and guests Covid free :-)

Are Caretakers will welcome new arrivals between 11am and 4pm only. Please ensure you arrive for check-in between those times.

Check out on your day of departure is by 10am

If you have any symptoms of Covid-19, please attend the Byron Bay hospital for a test.

Social Distancing to be maintained

There is a limit of 1 person in the shower rooms at a time (a parent can have 1 child with them)

There is a limit of 2 people in the toilet area at a time.

We ask that you spray and wipe down the basins and surrounds when you have finished washing your hands.

The Amenities Building will be closed between 10am and 11am daily for cleaning.

Please understand that we can not offer amenities to guests who are 'self-isolating'. If you need to self-isolate, you can stay on our site, but you are not permitted to use our communal amenities (toilets and showers). We advise that only guests in self-contained vans (with their own ablutions on-board) attend our site to self-isolate.
General Camping Information
We welcome casual campers and organised caravan clubs to our Showground! With our recently constructed amenities building, you can be assured a comfortable stay.
Rates:
Powered Sites: $30 per night
Unpowered Sites: $25 per night
Horse Stabling: $ 5 per night
Stay for 7 nights, get one free!
We do not accept online or bookings in advance for casual camping. We invite you to call the day before your arrival to ensure we have vacancy - 0474 100 189.
Caravan Clubs should contact us with at least 4 weeks notice to reserve your required sites (minimum 5).
We welcome new guests to check-in between the hours of 11:30am and 6pm. Check out by 10am on your day of departure.
Conditions of Entry
The following activities are welcome, with conditions:

Pets are welcome - there are 'On Leash' and 'Off Leash' areas on the grounds. Please observe these designated areas, and have control of your companion animals at all times

Please pick up after your pet - bags are provided

Fires (of any kind)

Removal or tampering with the natural environment - all fauna and flora are protected

Unregistered vehicles

Noise between 10pm & 6am – e.g generators and loud music

Explosive devices

Offensive slogans
Our Showground is for the use of our entire community - and we are committed to fostering a welcoming environment.
Vehicles with slogans or 'tags' that are offensive will be denied access to the Showground or asked to leave the Showground as soon as we are made aware of them.
We reserve the right to determine what is 'offensive', and regret any inconvenience to campers such as those hiring vans from Wicked Campers.

Festival Camping
There are a number of events throughout the year where our grounds are booked out for 'Festival and Event Camping'. Please check here for updates as to exact dates, however as a guide:

Mullum Music Festival - closed camping for ticket holders. Annually in November

Mullumbimby Agricultural Show - closed to campers for the duration. Annually in November.

Mullumbimby Circus Festival - closed camping for ticket holders - booked direct with the festival organisers. Bi-annually in September/October.

Splendour In The Grass - Closed camping for ticket holders. Annually in July.

Blues Fest - open to regular campers, but all guests need to book online for the Blues Fest / Easter Weekend.
